# Troubleshooting

## Bot is clicking/moving incorrectly

* Disable dual-monitor: press <kbd>Windows key</kbd> + <kbd>P</kbd> -> click `PC screen only`&#x20;
  * if you are using a fuser (for a DMA setup), unplug it/do not use it
  * run Steam as administrator
  * run the bot as administrator
  * ensure your screen is using default color values (either check your NVIDIA or AMD GPU app or display settings for this)

## Bot is stuck after some time

* on an account under level 15, new unlocks occur with cutscenes that can interrupt the bot; after level 15, this will no longer be an issue

## Image detection error

* the bot is looking for an image that has not appeared yet; wait
