# Troubleshooting

## Crashing on Launch

* Navigate to \\`Steam\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\bin`
* Delete the `GameGuard` folder
* Right-click `helldivers2.exe` -> run as administrator

## "Hoo Or Yu!?" popup message

This is a hardware lock, a function of the developer's HWID protection for this product. It shows when:

* you have used the loader on a different PC or IP address
* when logging into the cheat; likely an incorrect password or username

If using a VPN, disconnect (or use a different IP/server/reconnect) or double-check you are using the correct username and password. Rebooting the PC may also resolve this.

## GameGuard: Suspicious Program Detected error

Unfortunately, this error is almost impossible to bypass. On certain PC configurations and Windows installs, this error will show.

* the only known solution that rarely works is to reinstall Windows

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.dexa.im/non-dma-products/helldivers-2/hostile/troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
