# Blocked Firmware

Anti-cheats can block firmware. When this happens, the DMA card will no longer function while the game is running. Typically, no other issues occur.  Blocked firmware rarely, if ever, results in bans. 

If the firmware is confirmed blocked by the anti-cheat, contact your firmware manufacturer.

## Test the firmware via speed tests

## What to do next?

If the firmware is confirmed blocked via the tests above, contact your firmware manufacturer. 

#### Firmware Warranty

In most cases, firmware includes a warranty. If this block occurred *within* that warranty period, most firmware manufacturers will replace the firmware.

If you do not have active warranty, you will need to purchase a new firmware build from the manufacturer.
