# Setting up the Cheat

### On the GAMING PC

* [navigate to Exploit Protection](windowsdefender://exploitprotection/)
  * **enable** `Randomize memory allocations (Bottom-up ASLR)`
  * **enable** `High-entropy ASLR` 
* Reboot the PC

### On the GAMING PC

* Download the [HEX Memory Mapper](https://downloads.hexdma.com/Hex+DMA+Memory+Mapper.exe) tool
* Ensure any/all games, launchers (Steam, Epic, etc.) are **fully closed and not running** in Task Manager
* Run the HEX Memory Mapper tool
  * Copy the generated `memmap.txt` file to the DMA PC

* Open the loader
* Click the settings button (top right)
* Select the `memmap.txt` file
